Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of decentralized systems and applied cryptography. He previously worked as a researcher at Microsoft, Google, and Apple, where he contributed to core systems architecture and infrastructure projects. Before founding Harmony, Tse also founded Spotsetter, a successful visual search engine acquired by Apple in 2014. Rongjian Lan: The Engineering Expert

Rongjian Lan is one of Harmony’s co-founders and serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With years of experience as a senior software engineer at Google, Lan specialized in building large-scale infrastructure and search products. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland and has co-authored over ten academic papers in top-tier computer science journals and conferences. His meticulous approach to Harmony's protocol design has ensured that the blockchain remains scalable, secure, and efficient, particularly with regard to its sharding and consensus mechanisms.

Sahil Dewan: Strategic Growth Advocate

Sahil Dewan, another significant member of Harmony’s founding team, has a background in business and entrepreneurship.
