Enjin (ENJ) was founded in 2017 by Maxima Blagov and Witek Radomski, a duo that shares a background in the tech industry with diverse experience in gaming and software development. Enjin set out with the aim of revolutionizing the gaming industry by creating a blockchain-based platform that allows the integration of cryptocurrency into virtual games.

Maxima Blagov: CEO and Creative Director

Maxima Blagov leads Enjin as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serves as the company's Creative Director. Blagov has over two decades of experience in creative direction, project management, and UX/UI design. Before founding Enjin, Blagov worked primarily in the digital arts and technology industries, which allowed him to develop a unique perspective on user interface design and interaction in online platforms.

His expertise in creatively structuring technical products has driven the development of Enjin's core platform features. Blagov’s vision for Enjin centers around a decentralized platform aimed at providing developers the tools to tokenize virtual items, fostering true ownership for players across different gaming ecosystems.

Witek Radomski: CTO and Co-Founder

Witek Radomski, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder of Enjin, brings extensive technical experience to the team. His background is in software engineering, with a specific focus on blockchain technology, game mechanics, and smart contract development.

Radomski played a pivotal role in the technical development of Enjin Coin (ENJ), which runs on the Ethereum blockchain. In addition to his work at Enjin, Radomski is credited as one of the key developers behind the ERC-1155 standard, a multi-token standard that allows for the creation and management of fungible and non-fungible assets (NFTs) in a single contract. This standard has since been widely adopted in various blockchain applications.
