The Founding Team Behind ANKR

ANKR was co-founded by Chandler Song, Ryan Fang, and Stanley Wu. Together, these individuals brought a diverse range of experiences in technology, blockchain, and entrepreneurship to develop the decentralized infrastructure ANKR is known for today. Each founder has played a unique role in shaping the project's vision of creating a cloud computing platform that leverages idle computing resources.

Chandler Song

Chandler Song, one of the key members of ANKR's founding team, serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Before co-founding ANKR, he gained valuable technical experience as a software engineer at Amazon Web Services. Song has a background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, having studied at the University of California, Berkeley. His exposure to blockchain technology began early during his academic career, especially after learning about Ethereum, which became a strong influence on ANKR’s foundational vision. Song's expertise in scalable cloud computing and blockchain drew from his time at AWS, helping him conceptualize ANKR's distributed cloud system.

Ryan Fang

Ryan Fang is ANKR's Chief Operating Officer (COO) and co-founder. His background is primarily rooted in business and finance. Fang also graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, where he obtained degrees in Statistics and Business Administration. Before his involvement with ANKR, Fang worked in financial services, particularly in investment banking at companies like Morgan Stanley. His financial acumen provided ANKR with a solid operational foundation, enabling the project to secure investments and execute its go-to-market strategies in the competitive blockchain space.

Stanley Wu

Stanley Wu, ANKR’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), co-founded the project alongside Song and Fang. Wu boasts a technical background similar to Song, having also worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) prior to joining ANKR. Wu brings robust experience in engineering distributed systems and cloud technologies. His deep understanding of decentralized data frameworks and cloud infrastructure has proven critical in shaping ANKR's core technological offerings, particularly its ability to create a decentralized cloud offering that can compete in performance with centralized solutions.
